I love the lights.
In defense of Atlanta:
For those of us who view this city and its inhabitants as threatening or intimidating,
I want you to know that Atlanta is a place of its own. Amidst all types of individuals. You build relationships with the homeless like they are your neighbors. And neighbors are just as friendly here as they are in the suburbs. People smile at you when you pass on the sidewalk and genuinely want to know, "How are you?"
But the lights.. If you have never driven through the city anywhere from dusk til' dawn, you have missed out on an incredible spectacle. It looks as if the city took the stars straight from the sky and glittered the giant buildings with twinkling light.
